The RF-1000 UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling Equipment is designed and manufactured by our company based on the ‘integrated main unit • modular components • smart IoT’ concept, specifically for 1000kV UHV GIS field installation, maintenance and emergency repair operations. It mainly consists of: UHV GIS integrated gas handling control unit, front-end vacuum pumping device, front-end filling device, front-end recovery device, external SF₆ storage tanks, switch pressure identification device, and digital field operation management system. The equipment features modular design and manufacturing with compact structure, aesthetic appearance, simple operation, and easy maintenance. Its functions include vacuum pumping, gas recovery, filling, tank pressurization, and cylinder filling for UHV GIS SF₆ electrical equipment. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent control enabling one-touch touchscreen operation and real-time interconnection of recovery, filling and vacuum pumping data, which is transmitted to the UHV smart management platform via IoT for data processing.
