Product Introduction
Based on digital twin technology, SF6 gas deep purification and refining technology, automatic cylinder handling technology, and automatic cylinder storage technology, the RF-101J SF6 purification and treatment system realizes contactless and fully automatic SF6 gas recovery, purification, outbound, inbound, gas detection, filling, cylinder handling, and other whole-process SF6 gas purification and treatment work.
Main Features
1. SF6 gas recovery, purification, filling, and storage. The quality of SF6 gas after purification meets the requirements of the GB/T 12022 standard.
2. The cylinder pretreatment device of the RF-101J SF6 purification and treatment system: uses water bath heating and vaporization to improve the gas recovery rate.
3. Gas pretreatment device: can handle SF6 decomposition gases with excessive content in waste gas.
4. Gas buffer tank: can store a large amount of SF6 gas to improve the SF6 treatment rate.
5. The SF6 purification and treatment system is equipped with a purification and refining device: to ensure the quality of SF6 gas purification and regeneration.
6. SF6 liquid filling function: It can fill a 40L cylinder with 50kg of SF6 in (5 – 8) minutes.
7. Intelligent cylinder storage device: realizes digital control of the cylinder storage and distribution process.
8. The RF-101J SF6 purification and treatment system adopts an industrial control system: full touch screen operation, and remote operation is also available.
9. Optional embedded detection instruments can detect the purity, humidity, and decomposition products of SF6 gas.
