Product Introduction

The RF-151M Hybrid Insulating Gas Recovery and Separation Unit is a device used for the rapid recovery and separation of mixed insulating gases such as SF6/N₂. The unit adopts a modular design, which is easy to integrate, and various modules can be combined to meet different on-site operation requirements. It is applicable to on-site recovery and separation operations of medium and low voltage switches (10 – 40.5) kV gas – insulated switchgear, high – voltage (72.5 – 220) kV porcelain post circuit breakers, 500 kV porcelain post circuit breakers, and 110 kV gas – insulated switchgear (GIS).

Main Features

1. Gas Pretreatment Function: It can filter and adsorb trace water, toxic and harmful decomposition products, and impurities in the mixed gas.

2. The RF-151M Hybrid Insulating Gas Recovery and Separation Unit can recover and rapidly separate SF6/N₂ mixed gas. After separation and purification, the volume content of SF6 can reach over 99%, and the SF6 content in N₂ is less than 100 ppm.

3. The separated SF6 gas is compressed and stored in an external container.

4. The RF-151M Hybrid Insulating Gas Recovery and Separation Unit has the function of pure SF6 gas recovery, enabling one device to be used in multiple scenarios.
