The RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System is a multi-functional, high-flow, and high-precision gas mixing and filling equipment for electrical equipment. The device adopts a modular design, which is easy to integrate, and various modules can be combined to meet different on-site operation requirements. It is suitable for the type tests of primary equipment in switchgear factories, the gas source preparation, gas supplement, and filling operations of SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄ and other mixed gases for new equipment/overhaul handover and daily maintenance in substations.
Main Features
1. The concentration of the mixed gas output by the RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System can be set arbitrarily, and it can configure two gases with known concentrations, such as SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄ and other gases.
2. Automatically pressurize the mixed gas, and achieve fast, accurate, and stable filling operations of electrical equipment through pressure detection and intelligent control.
3. When the concentration of the mixed gas in the electrical equipment deviates from the rated value and needs to be adjusted, the required gas supplement concentration can be automatically calculated according to the current concentration and pressure in the gas chamber, as well as the target concentration and pressure.
4. The RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System can automatically mix gases for gas supplement operations and evacuate the working pipelines of the device.
